Yvonne is great! We called out of the blue, on a Sunday and she gave us a great burger recommendation!  After lunch, she patiently waited while we walked possible land, end to end. She is knowledgeable of the area, contractors, and very patient. Grateful to have made that call!

Dee Plucinksi is a wonderful real estate agent. We had the pleasure of working with her as she represented the sellers. She made the purchase process easy and went out of her way to guide us and communicate with us at all times. I appreciate her guidance and help and in the future when I need an agent to represent us she will be the one to call. She is very professional and the type of agent that you would want on your team.

Lori Johnson was such a pleasure to work with. She listened and was easy to talk to. She tuned into our requirements right away. She is very knowledgeable about the different areas in South Fork that we were looking at. She made herself very available to us. And she was never pushy. Always followed our lead on what we liked and wanted. I also liked how she worked with other members of her team at Steffens Realty. There is no competition or ego. They all help each other. In the end, we bought some property and Lori was there supporting us throughout the process. I would highly recommend Lori.

Yvonne Hoffman was a complete pleasure to work with! She was available, professional, and always patient during our long search. As out of state buyers we relied heavily on her local expertise and she calmly helped us navigate several challenges during our escrow. We’ve purchased a number of properties over the years and Yvonne is at the top of our list of excellent realtors. 5 stars in all respects!

As out of state homeowners, Dee Plucinski worked tirelessly with my husband and me to sell our Colorado house. This was no easy task as there were some legal and title issues that had to be resolved prior to the sale. We could not have imagined a better realtor who stuck with us until we were successful. Dee did what it took to get the job done. Great service!

Yvonne Hoffman was wonderful. Professional, knowledgeable and goes above and beyond for her clients. We were up from Texas and our lot purchase went through with no issues! We would definitely recommend her.

Bruce and his team do a great job of helping buyers and sellers with their Southern Colorado properties. Bruce Steffens is an experienced broker with a great skill set in Colorado water and property rights.

I was fortunate to have contacted Steffens Realty and by luck have Lori Johnson guide me through the purchase of a sweet little piece of property recently….she struck a wonderful balance with professionalism sprinkled with a fun personal experience…..Thank you very much….
